About the opportunity:

Due to successful company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Project Manager who will have overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of complex projects / packages delivered under the Thames Water Framework with project values ranging up to £12M. These projects will include RC structures, deep drainage, bulk excavations, clean and waste water as well as some meica works.

Working as part of the production delivery team and reporting directly into the Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include the management of health and safety, design, quality, programme and the cost/value during both pre-production (ECI phase) and production. You will be accountable for Engineers, Agents and General Foreman and you will monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £65,000 – £80,000 per annum however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes a car allowance, 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, defined contribution pension scheme matched up to 8% and coverage of professional membership fees.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential you hold experience of working within the infrastructure sector, whilst working for a civil engineering contractor in the UK. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a related discipline and must hold proven successful in both pre-production and production project management in a major projects environment. It is essential you are IT literate and hold a full, clean UK driving license.
