They have played a key role in the development of modern Ireland and have undertaken some of the most iconic buildings within the state, including the National Convention Centre, Aviva Stadium, Croke Park, Luas Cross City, Páirc Uí Chaoimh and dozens of major road and rail infrastructure projects.

They opened up offices within the UK in the early 1980s and rapidly established themselves within the UK market undertaking projects nationwide.

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager to work on the Wembley Park redevelopment. My client has an upcoming development of 769 apartments worth circa £220m spread across 6 blocks just starting in the ground. They are looking to replace one of their Project Managers who is relocating back to Ireland, who is overseeing the structures and façade packages. You would be reporting into a Senior Project Manager who would report to the project Director

About the benefits / rewards:

£65,000-80,000 + travel, healthcare & pension

Requirements:

The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing large residential projects, with projects ranging in value from £100m to £300m. The ideal candidate should also be technically minded.

My client is looking for candidates who can show a stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
