About the Role

The Project Manager will be initially responsible for the delivery of a technically challenging new build + extension in East London. The contract value is circa £7m and incorporates demolition of a garage block, new build units, and the addition of units on the roof of an existing block.

 We are currently recruiting for:

  • A Project Manager to manage a Traditional & JCT Design & Build.
  • An astute manager who is contractually and commercially aware
  • Able to lead the design and build process
  • Manage all stakeholders
  • Oversee onward projects in the public & private, new build and refurbishment sectors within London and the M25 region.


About the Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be in the region of £70,000 – £80,000

About Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a main contracting background and have the ability to manage traditional & design and build contracts to the value of £1m to £10m. A diverse project portfolio will be advantageous, with the ability to run build & refurbishment projects across the public & private sectors.
