About the role:

Due to the company’s success in the South West and the amount of new work that is already in the pipeline, there is a need for a Project Manager to be placed in Mawgan Porth near Newquay, as they have recently been awarded a project in the region. 

They have recently been awarded a site consisting of 800 units a 20-minute drive away from Newquay, this a legacy project and is expected to last 15 years. The successful candidate will be based in on-site and need to be located close to the site in Mawgan Porth or surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the whole site, under the supervision of the Project Director. Due to this, the successful candidate will benefit from day-to-day hands-on guidance and support from the Project Director.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £70,000.

In addition to the basic salary, there will be benefits including car allowance, pension, and healthcare.  As well as long-term career prospects and progression, you will also work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager who can offer support should you need it.

About the requirements:

The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience of working for a Developer and working on projects consisting of 100 units and above. My client is looking for candidates who can show stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
