About the Opportunity

In this exciting Project Manager role, you’ll be closely working with site delivery team, managing resources and supply chain subcontractors onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible to produce RAMS, self-delivery works and ensuring that QA procedures are implemented and monitored. You’ll ensure that all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded, and that Inspection & Test Plans are produced and implemented correctly.

You’ll focus on implementations of document control, reconciliations for bulk material supply and ensure that latest drawings are being used. Along with liaising with the Site Team and Commercial Team to identify any additional works and ensure that Temporary Works Co-ordinator maintains the TW register.

Requirements 

The successful candidate needs to be a proactive leader, with effective and reliable problem solving and communication abilities and good attention to detail. It is essential to be degree level qualified or equivalent Management qualification or HNC/NVQ Level 3. Along with being commercially aware with good organisational skills and have a proven track record in successfully managing a large construction scheme.
