About the Role:

My client, a super-prime residential contractor, is looking for a Project Assistant with a fine eye for detail. The role will be varied working from both the office and sites, covering Project Administration, Procurement and Design.  You will be expected to undertake duties including the creation of O&M Manuals, Site & Project Meetings, updating project files, creation of pre-construction documents, obtaining subcontractor certification and documentation, document control, material purchasing, overseeing defects and aftercare.

The role will require an individual with experience in working in a Project coordinator position with a construction contractor, or perhaps a graduate looking to move into an Assistant Project Manager position. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of London’s most exclusive properties.

They specialise in High end luxury residential refurbishment and alteration for super prime properties in and around London, the areas they typically cover include Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia, as well as the finer areas spread in the countryside outside of the city. The company also incorporates a development arm, creating exquisite one-off developments in prime London locations. Their clients vary from the rich and famous to international investors, meaning they only undertake negotiated works, meaning they never have to enter into competitive tenders.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a Project Coordinator, or Graduate Project Manager would suit this position. You will be required to have strong Organisation, Clerical, and Communication skills for this position. It would be ideal if the individual held either of the SMSTS, First Aid or CSCS certification.

About the Benefits and Reward:

The salary for this role is negotiable to reflect the experience of the individual but will be roughly within a £25k – £35k bracket.
