About the opportunity:

Our client is looking for a key figure to work in their pre-construction team. As a Pre-Construction Manager, the focus of this opportunity will be interacting with clients at or after the bid/tender stage to secure work while also helping with technical issues. Given this, you will need to be very technically minded with knowledge of build ability issues, design, logistics and other factors relating to similar projects. A large proportion of the role will be tied up in design and planning tasks.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you hold a minimum of 3 years proven experience within a pre-construction management position whilst working for a specialist enabling works subcontractor in the UK. In terms of qualifications, suitable professionals will ideally be degree qualified in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering and knowledge of relating systems such as ASTA and Primavera would also be an advantage.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, my client is looking to target professionals who are looking to earn anywhere from £80,000 to £85,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
