About the opportunity:

Having implemented a structured growth plan across the business in the last year the Managing Director has requested the addition of an experienced PA to assist with the increased daily workload. The role will be fairly fluid and will allow you to work mostly in the company’s head office based in the West End of London as well as getting out to selected development sites across London. In the main, you will be working very closely with the Managing Director, assisting with administrative tasks, managing the diary and handling both sensitive personal and company information. Ideally, my client are looking for a PA who is charismatic, highly organised, structured and has solid sales administration experience. You’ll be working in a fast paced environment so the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with the duties thrown at you will be essential.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company provides a basic salary of up to £35,000 and pension.

About the requirements:

Candidates must have experience in supporting a busy team within a construction or property working environment. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to multi-task and work within given timescales. Great attention to detail and highly organised. Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pro-active and able to work under own initiative and reliability is a must!
