About the Company:

Based in the heart of London, Our client is an impressive up and coming Thermal, Acoustic & Fire Protection Specialist with almost 5 Years industry experience who have recently gained their Passive Fire accreditations. A financially backed company, with a dynamic approach seeking growth and Group expansion, currently they have workforce of up to 60 operatives covering a range of contracts across various industry sectors including: High End Residential and Super Prime Commercial, where projects include Chelsea Barracks for Mace and Facebook HQ Structuretone.

Notably, The MD of the business is a time served Consultancy PQS with a wealth of experience in construction that’s gained strong connections with multiple Main Contractors that have now turned into repeat business clients, given them a very strong forward order book.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manger to help build and take leadership of this division of the business. This is an outstanding and rare opportunity for someone that is looking for a Senior and very rewarding position.

The individual must be, Business minded, commercially aware, Client Facing and prepared to go above and beyond, whilst having extensive knowledge in Passive Fire Protection Systems, with 3 years Contracts Management experience within the fir stopping industry

  • Working alongside the Director
  • Business Development, making introductions and client proposals
  • Client Meetings
  • Estimating, working to schedule of rates.
  • Following contractual agreements
  • Allocating work to sub-contractors
  • Managing installation & Q+A
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Building Client relationships

The salary will be ranging from £75,000 to £85,000 dependent on level of exposure to industry.
