About the company

Our client is a well-established business operating as a Principal Contractor or Sub Contractor, they specialise in civil engineering projects comprising S278 works and 38 infrastructure roads, sewers and services, together with high-quality external works  and groundwork packages. They carry out concrete works from waterproof basements to podium slabs, RC frames and external concrete paving.

As a leader in internal training, they have an in-house training & well-being centre that also offers external accreditation that is fully supported by the CITB and local colleges in the Surrey area. This means they have a fully skilled workforce with a high emphasis on health & safety. This company is proud of their high staff retention rate and can offer personal development within the business as they prefer to promote individuals internally.

As a dynamic company who are always looking to the future, they are broadening their scope of works into infrastructure projects within gas, water and electric (Most notably a new 5G network for the Surrey area). The reason for this is to get them in the door at the first phases (i.e. early engagement) in order to secure the groundworks / foundations packages that follow and in-turn the design and build aspects that they have built their strong reputation upon. Covering projects across all of the south east and south west with schemes in Bristol and some parts of Wales, they have the in-house capability to deliver to the highest quality.
