Vacancy Details:

Office Manager role, which will involve aspects of HR, Administration, Marketing, basic accounts and the daily management of the office. The candidate must have knowledge and experience of the construction industry.

The responsibilities include:

  • General office management
  • Construction administration
  • Social media management (including authoring monthly newsletter)
  • H&S Administration
  • Assisting with tender submissions
  • Creating business development materials, marketing the business on LinkedIn

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in industry. You can expect basic salaries from £30,000 to £45,000.

Our client is a well-respected specialist in interior and exterior restoration market across London and the South. They have in excess of 25 years’ experience employing some of the finest specialist trades. They have undertaken projects in the Government, Royal, Residential, Private, Public and Leisure sectors.

Requirements:

Successful applicants will have prior experience of an Office Management and construction administration environment.
