About the opportunity:

Due to a period of sustained growth, our client is now seeking an Office Administrator to work out of their Watford Office. This is a great opportunity for the successful professional to join a young, dynamic and supportive team in a friendly environment, with opportunities for the role to develop over time in to various areas of the business. This opportunity will include coordinating office activities and operations, managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management, managing phone calls and correspondence (emails and letters etc), support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, and assisting colleagues wherever necessary.

The successful individual will be well rewarded for their work, with a salary initially beginning in the range of £15,000 – £18,000, however this will depend on the professional’s level of experience. Our client requires an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop with the company over time. The successful professional must possess the confidence to take control of running the office (with training provided), with great organisational skills and a proactive approach to work under their own initiative. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.
