About the opportunity:

The M&E Technical Manager is responsible delivering the M&E Design aspects of projects in conjunction with the M&E Team and the Building Construction Teams. This work includes monitoring the M&E Client brief, preparation of M&E Consultant fee enquiry documents review of sub-contractor tender packs, design co-ordination, managing design issues on projects up to completion and handover and resolution of any problems post-handover. The M&E Technical Manager reports to the Group M&E Services Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing several large scale mixed use residential schemes at any one time.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic salary, 24 days holiday, healthcare and pension schemes.

About the requirements:

Ideally, you will be educated to a suitable technical level and have Housebuilding experience working for either a Residential Developer or Main Contractor preferably on Mixed Use Residential schemes. Due to the nature of this position you are required to be mobile to support several schemes therefore travel within the Greater London area is expected.
