About the Role:

My client is always striving to stay ahead of the game in every angle, and is now focussing on bringing their online market presence and general marketing online with the rest of the business. With this in mind they are seeking a new Marketing Manager with industry experience to come on board and lead all marketing functions across the business including the day to day and long term strategic management of social media, branding, website, events and internal and external content.

This individual will develop a clever and effective marketing plan that best promotes the business in the construction market whilst always looking for new and innovative ways to promote the business. They will work closely with all heads of department to increase sales opportunities and success whilst monitoring the media the market and competitors and share key items with the management team utilising all information to further the company’s market presence. The successful individual will take responsibility for all of the companies branding from site hoarding to branded products, and will be the first point f call for any brand infringement.

About the benefits / rewards:

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience in relatable roles. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of £40,000 – £50,000 – The package will also include various benefits relating to travel, pension and healthcare. Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive and documented experience, directly relating to the role at hand. The successful candidate will be able to show length of service in only a handful of previous companies, and will be able to show vision and drive to progress further within this business.
