ABOUT THE ROLE

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Pivotal role in the companies marketing function and wider business
  • Responsible for generating work-winning opportunities through profile raising and multi-channel campaigns
  • Align marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy
  • Must understand the full marketing mix and lead online and offline strategies
  • Focus on website engagement, tactical campaigns, and social media analytics
  • Develop and enhance the company brand within the super-prime residential construction industry
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the company understands the marketing vision
  • Strong interest in Construction or related sectors (luxury property, interior design, architecture, and/or facilities)
  • Experience in B2B marketing and professional communications

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will also:

  • Oversee the annual marketing strategy, identifying business development needs and growth opportunities in the super-prime residential market.
  • Design and manage lead-generating campaigns, collaborating with the Head of Business Development and Marketing to enhance brand trust and grow reach.
  • Monitor key metrics, such as campaign ROI, to assess lead generation success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source and create content, managing a content calendar for e-mails, marketing materials, thought leadership articles, videos, and more.
  • Plan and execute external events to strengthen client relationships and engage with the super-prime construction community.
  • Lead project management for outward-facing events, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-target progress.
  • Manage marketing spend within agreed budgets, following financial processes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team, supporting their professional development and performance.
  • Stay updated on competitor positioning, industry trends, and market outlook for super-prime construction.
  • A degree in marketing and/or business related field (or equivalent hands-on experience supported by working knowledge of marketing theory and frameworks)

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000.

In addition to the basic salary, there will be benefits such as:
