These are exciting times for the business having the flexibility to adapt to changing housing trends they have an interesting mix of high-rise RC frame London projects and large traditional projects in the Home Counties. With a huge pipeline of work having recently secured a major JV contract with a county council this is the chance to join an extremely stable and profitable business.

About the Role:

Due to some key contract wins within the major projects division as well as an increase in workload on existing projects our client currently have several exciting opportunities within the commercial team. This particular scheme has at least 10 more years’ worth of construction left and will allow you to have real stability in your role moving forward. With the region having such a good reputation with councils and local authorities they have now secured additional sites in West London & Western Home Counties that will take their overall output to circa 7000 new homes over the next 15 years. Although the numbers of units and size of the sites are some of the largest in industry, our client have still managed to keep a ‘family feel’ across the business, making sure all sectors and business units are fluid and work together to achieve common goals.
