Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator for their small building works department. Logging and distribution of works, managing works database, issuing orders to sub-contractors, client and sub-contractor liaison.

The areas they cover are Chelsea, Kensington and Mayfair.  They provide a broad range of bespoke individual and specialist building services, from in house design through to construction, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance. Most of their work comes from repeat business and very prestigious and well known client referrals.  The company employs its own workforce and projects range from small works up to the value of £10m, all of which use the finest materials.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator located in their Paddington Office, whose main duty is to be responsible for administering projects within the small works. Duties will include:

  • Log incoming work onto central database
  • To schedule and plan allocated minor works
  • To liaise with the clients, to agree access arrangements
  • Arrange and co-ordinate labour requirements.
  • To deal with timesheet and payroll routines for the workforce
  • To ensure the Health and Safety policy is observed at all times.
  • To confirm completion of works
  • Issue & monitor Client Satisfaction Surveys
  • General administrative duties
  • To make weekly reports on all works
  • To arrange and plan works for trades  team on a weekly basis

Candidates will have an administration background within the maintenance, or small build sectors. Candidates should be able to deliver with the ability to work autonomously without support or supervision with a mature attitude to work. Good IT & Communication skills required (MS Office).
