My client is a highly respected residential developer who specialise in building prestigious, beautiful, and new build homes within the prime areas and super suburbs of North London and Hertfordshire along with the home counties. They have been successfully building in prime locations for over the past 20 years, my client takes pride in their projects; combing over 50 years’ experience put together which range from one–off houses to large scale developments, the hallmarks of which are quality, fine design, and attention to detail.

About the opportunity:

My client has an opportunity to join their existing land department in a manager’s role looking after handful of current sites as well as identifying your own new plots of land. This initially will be a fast-paced role with results expected quickly, you will be involved in working on short-turnaround sites to be included in the forecasted projections for year 2022 and 2023.

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning developer in the London & the Home Counties region. You will be working alongside like-minded individuals in the Land department, all sharing common targets both as a team and companywide. In addition, you will be set clear and achievable objectives to progress yourself further. The company have a strong reputation for promotion within and have a proven track record of retaining staff long-term with regular appraisals on position and salary.

About the benefits and rewards:

A basic salary of between £65k to £75k per annum plus car allowance and company benefits, including a generous commission structure.

About the requirements:

You must have a proven track record of working with a residential developer or specialist land agency. You must have identified and purchased a variety of plots in the Home Counties & Northwest London with potential of a development capacity of up to 150 units.
