Land Graduate – Residential Developer

Salary – Up to £25,000 + Package

Location: Essex

Our client is currently looking for a new crop of highly-motivated, hard-working and degree educated individuals for their 2019 graduate scheme. You will be given structured training and project exposure with a support network around you to really help you flourish and further develop skills and theory learnt on your Land & Property based course at University. This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established high-spec residential developer working on new build and restoration schemes within the listed buildings sector.

About the Company:

Our client is a well renowned construction company who are at the forefront of specialist restoration and change of use residential developments. They have been in business since the 1980’s and are continuing to expand their business with great success within this niche area. They mainly specialise in restoration and conversion work on Grade listed buildings into high specification apartments, duplexes and traditional mews houses. Most of the developments are within Essex, Hertfordshire, London, with occasional developments throughout the South East.

About the Role:

Your main responsibilities will include:

·Visiting various sites throughout the UK/new opportunities;

·Undertaking market research;

·Assisting with the preparation of bids;

·Assisting with fulfilling the corporate procedures and reporting requirements of the Department.

Initially the role will be shadowing and assisting the Head of Land and Property, but for the right candidate you will quickly be delegated your own responsibilities. A keenness to ask questions, listen and learn is essential.

You must have, or expect to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree.
