My client is looking for a flexible, yet determined SHEQ Manager to work on Health, Safety, Quality, and HR activities within the company. You will be administrating and writing all of the SHEQ reports that get sent to you from the site teams. They are working towards becoming an ISO 9001 which should be completed soon. Once that is achieved, they would like someone to continue to grow, improve the SHEQ department and gain more accreditations. The types of projects you will be working on will range in value from £800 – £2M, worldwide.

Benefits and rewards

My client is a niche, exciting and brilliant contractor to work for. You will have a direct relationship with the MD and Director, so you will be respected and treated like a name and not a number. They have a brilliant working environment, an environment where everyone in the business knows each other and enjoys laughing with each other. You will also have flexible working hours and will be rewarded with a salary ranging from £40,000 – £60,000 depended on your experience.

To be considered for this role you will need to have had experience working in Construction or Civil Engineering. Experience in health, safety, and quality role are vital. With regards to personality, I will be looking for someone with a get-up and go attitude, someone who will get stuck in and turn their mind to anything.
