About the company:
This is an exciting time to be joining this well established, medium sized contractor with an annual turnover of over £25 million. Our client carry out minor works through to multi million pound projects for blue-chip clients in and around London. They are involved in restoring, building, refurbishing and maintaining heritage sites such as museums, galleries and palaces. Their maintenance division offers planned and reactive rapid response services covering all main trades including carpentry, drainage, electrical, roofing, heating, plumbing and general building works.

About the opportunity:
Due to continuous growth, our client require a Facilities Manager to look after a high end development based in South West London. You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the building, to ensure that it meets health and safety standards and also the legal requirements. You will manage any building maintenance with things like heating, cleaning, waste disposal, security and parking, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.

Within this role, you will be developing good working relationships with a wide range of people. It is essential that you are well organised and have prior experience of dealing with budgets.
