About the opportunity:

This developer has always been committed to having offices and regions based on patch to developments due to the success this has. As a Technical Manager you will be working on a huge Joint Venture town centre regeneration development in Berkshire. This £100+ million development will deliver over 400 homes with a new health centre, gym, restaurants, office and community space. Initial planning applications will begin in early 2021 with an aim of staring construction later on in the year.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You must be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar. We are considering professionals who are experienced Technical Coordinators looking for the next step in their career and also established Technical Managers looking for a new challenge. Ideally you will have Residential Development experience with a Housebuilder or Main Contractor, preferably on Mixed Use RC frame schemes. This opportunity would suit a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail to ensure all details are gathered, co-ordinated, distributed and delivered by the project deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
