About the Company

Our client is a well-respected specialist with 25 years of experience in the field of internal and external refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas. They act as principal contractor, with projects ranging across the High Specification Residential, Government, Private, Public, and Leisure sectors.  They have worked on many prestigious projects including numerous London Theatres, Historic Markets, Historic Public Houses, and London Estates. Most of their work comes from repeat business and prestigious client referrals with whom they have built close relationships.

Established in 1996 as a specialist façade restoration company my client has experienced steady growth for nearly 25 years, we have expanded to operate as a Main Contractor capable of executing contracts up to the value of £3m.

The success of the business can be attributed to a small, dedicated team taking pride in their work, close working relationships with their clients, and respect from within the industry.

About the role:

My client has a new opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team, based out of their Park Royal office. With a large number of tenders ongoing and continuous, growth planned for the business, the team needs additional resources from a well-versed, up-and-coming Estimator who knows the area, suppliers, and potential clients. The aim of this appointment is to allow the office to be able to increase the output and accuracy of tenders, as well as gaining new clients in the process. The successful candidate will find themselves working across a mixture of tenders across internal and external refurbishment projects with typically projects priced between £100,000 and £4m. This role will offer direct routes of progression and development within a growing team.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of up to £80,000.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working on internal and external refurbishment projects with values up to £5 million.
