ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to an ongoing strong workload and a member of the existing team moving away, our client is looking to strengthen their existing estimating department by adding an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to the ranks.
This role will involve the usual duties such as putting together tenders for large concrete frame packages in and around London for commercial and residential schemes. Usual package values range from £3m up to £30m each:

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Due to the level of this role and the experience needed, I am looking to target candidates currently earning anywhere from £70,000 to £100,000 per annum (£300 to £500 per day if self-employed).
Salaries/rates will be negotiable at the point of the interview depending on the level of experience.
With the basic salary, our client offers the usual package of car allowance and benefits plus they offer an annual bonus which can be 10% to 20% of your annual salary.
