About the opportunity:

To brief, appoint, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme date.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £60,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You should have a good understanding of Section 38,278 adoption process with local highway authority; Section (phone number removed) and 98 adoption/requisitions of sewers and drains; flood defences consents with the Environment Agency and the Local Authority Ordinary Water Course team. A good understanding of value engineering, levels, construction techniques, road and sewer design; Ciria 697 (SUDS manual), BRE 365 (soakaway design), BRE 414 (Protective measures for housing relating to gas protection) is required. A full understanding of part M access and its’ requirements ; Liaising with utility companies for C3, C4 and C5 service diversion, budget and mains quotation and to be able to manage delivery for sites. You will have an understanding of geotechnical and environmental site investigation reports and constraints Understanding of NHBC foundation requirements especially chapter 4.2 (building near trees). You will be working and managing consulting engineers to deliver tender/construction drawing within timescale to the commercial department

Should be fully capable of using Auto CAD and good understanding Microdrainage and its calculations.
