About the Opportunity:

I’ve been approached by one of my Mechanical and Electrical specialists to recruit Electrical Supervisors due to the winning of new projects in London. You will be based on site surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver packages on time and within budget. Within this role, you will be client facing to report on progress and issues regarding the project and it will be your responsibility to ensure the project is delivered successfully. About the Employer:

Our client is a specialist within the Mechanical and Electrical industry with a turnover circa £25m. Established in 2007, this client has developed strong relationships with some of the industry leading developers including Bellway, Countryside and CJ O’Shea’s which has contributed to an increasing turnover year on year. Head office is based in Surrey and they predominantly cover London and the South of England with projects ranging in value from £1.5m up to £5m. Our client is looking to further develop their expansion with a healthy pipeline already secured with both new and existing clients.

Requirements:

To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival M&E subcontractor in the UK. You must have the appropriate SSSTS qualifications, NVQ Level 3 minimum and an at least 2 years management experience. In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have Electrical experience. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality. The successful applicant will show proven experience managing direct and subcontract labour and have the ability to understand drawings.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £40K to £50K. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
