About the Opportunity

Due to being awarded multiple future schemes and continued ongoing company growth, our client has a requirement for an experienced document controller based in their London offices to manage all aspects of the document control system.  With such exciting upcoming projects being awarded, this is a permanent opportunity for the right individual to development themselves within a team of highly experienced professionals. Successful professionals will expect to be playing a key part of prestigious schemes across London.

The main duties in this opportunity will include managing & administrating the document control system, uploading of the site drawings. Maintaining up to date drawing files & registers as well as printing, photocopying, collating & issuing of drawings will also be involved. Managing external distribution and recording release of documentation. The organising, recording and distributing of incoming documents is a key daily task in this position. A strong organisational method of process is preferred for maintaining a central record of documents, using codes and performing quality checks on all projects.

About the Benefits and Rewards

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £20,000 – £35,000. The salary will be dependent upon your level of experience and exposure to similar projects. About the Requirements

Ideally, document control professionals will have experience in using various document control systems; in particular, a level of competency using Aconex is preferred but training will be provided. It is also essential that you have a working knowledge of using Outlook, Word & Excel packages. The ideal individual will be highly motivated to work alone and also integrate within the admin team.
