About the opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join a newly formed Development department which is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of each site from land bid, through to achieving planning permission and delivery of the project. You will get involved with land purchase and project start; site funding agreements; Design and Planning; and Post-Planning Construction.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £80,000 basic salary, annual discretionary bonus; pension; healthcare; holiday and a car or car allowance.

About the requirements:

This newly formed development team requires professionals who have a successful track record in managing high rise residential developments in London through critical elements of the development cycle. You will have experience with legal negotiations; contract administration; financial planning and analysis. We are looking Development Managers with a minimum of three years’ experience.
