About the Employer
A 10 year old Cladding specialist, and is part of a wider Manufacturing and Construction Group Plc with a turnover of over £40 million and 150 staff. This division employs 12 people and started trading in 2014 where performance to date has been strong, with an annual turnover between £4m – £6m per year, and has been profitable every year.
They specify and sell high end architectural façade products, which determine the look of any given buildings exterior once installed. They come in a range of natural looks and finishes and sizes from thicker blocks to thin lightweight panels. We are distributors and fabricators of these high-end natural cladding products, so we buy and sell them as well as offering our clients the additional services that they require to design and install these cladding products on their building.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Opportunity
Our client is looking to expand their business and striving for business growth, they are looking to expand their Design team bringing in a new addition with plans to further develop within the business. You will be based in the West London office, where you will be surrounded by a knowledgeable design team who are focused on delivering designs on time and to budget. Working with a variety of clients on various cladding project’s in and around London
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival Façade subcontractor in the UK. You must have the appropriate qualifications and a minimum of 3 years experience. In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality.
