There are anticipated plans for a 30% increase in turnover over the next 2 years which is steady and will provide further opportunities for employees to progress. About the role:

This is a key position within the business where you will be responsible for a wide variety of areas across the whole sales process with a focus on Customer Service. Within your day to day duties you will include:

  • Setting up of property management companies for developments
  • Dealing with the legal/conveyancing side of new homes sales
  • Managing the help to buy applications / funding,
  • Dealing with ground rent for existing leaseholders
  • Ensuring the business is compliant with the Consumer Code
  • Pre-inspections of homes ready for occupation and liaising with new homeowners through the process including after moving in
  • Monitoring NHBC score / feedback


About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £55,000 plus a benefits package.


About the requirements:

The candidate needs to have experience of working with a new build homes builder / developer in a Customer Service / Sales & Marketing based role. You will be willing to get hands on and enjoy carrying out a hybrid role.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout the duration of their career retaining each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer. Candidates should show a flair for management and possess a good level of competence. You should have a relevant degree or similar qualification.
