Customer Care Operative – New Build Housing

About the role:

The role itself will involve general maintenance of new build properties for customers who are in their 2-year warranty period therefore will normally involve working in occupied housing. General duties include driving from property-to-property, liaising with customers face-to-face, communicating with internal construction and customer care teams, dealing with suppliers and carrying out multi trade tasks (predominantly painting and decorating however other multi trade tasks will be required).


About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £33,000 basic salary plus benefits package including an extremely attractive bonus scheme.


About the requirements:

You will need to have experience working in new build properties and occupied properties. Ideally you will have a range of multi trade skills and be confident in engaging with customers daily. This is a permanent opportunity so you will need to have shown longevity in previous employment. The ideal candidate will be located within the Oxfordshire / Berkshire / Buckinghamshire area.
