 About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator. The role will manage relationships between my client, residents and contractors and agents. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Pre handover inspections, Key handovers and home demonstrations
  • Defect/snag management
  • Liaise with the workforce, residents and agents to resolve defects
  • Reporting trends

Candidate Requirements:

  • Customer Care experience with a developer
  • Experience in dispute management and resolution
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft office experience including good Excel skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty

About the Benefits and Reward:

  • Basic salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
