Works are taken on as main contractor, as well as a sub-contractor offering managing building works package. They have capabilities to undertake works in the £1-15m bracket. Projects undertaken include residential refurbishment & build, schools & colleges, commercial and retail.  their enviable track record is based on expertise, experience and responsive environment. Recent successful tendering and strong client relationships has led to a strong order book for 2019 leading into 2020 which has led the need to selectively recruit for key commercial and operational roles within the business.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for:

  • A Contracts Manager to manage a Traditional & JCT Design & Build.
  • An astute manager who is contractually and commercially aware and operates in pre-construction and delivery
  • Can undertake tender & construction project programs
  • Able to lead design process
  • Can manage all stakeholders and develop business
  • Work across London and the M25 region.
  • Manage the project teams across two to four contracts ranging from £1 to £15m in value.


Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be in the region of £75,000 – £85,000. In addition to this you will receive a benefits package including Car Allowance, Fuel, Pension & Bonuses.



Suitable candidates will have a main contracting background and have the ability to manage design and build contracts to the value of £1m to £15m.  A diverse project portfolio will be advantageous, with the ability to run build, structural alterations & refurbishments across the public, private and prime residential market.
