About the Opportunity:

Our client is on the search for either a senior project manager who is ready to step up, or an existing contracts manager, from a rival reinforced concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor with Structural Alteration experience.

About the Employer:

Based in Hertfordshire our client runs a family-led business with continued success and growth within the RC Frame and Groundwork sector. Our client is able to offer the complete service from pre-tender budgets and advice to advanced value engineering, programming and methodology advice. Our clients works range from £1m – £50m all their work includes reinforced concrete frames, basements or groundworks for commercial or residential schemes

About the Requirements:

Based on my client’s criteria, I have listed some points below. I can only consider people who can tick each of these boxes:

All applicants must have worked for a rival reinforced concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor as either a project manager or contracts manager to be considered.
All applications must have previous experience with Structural alterations
Due to my clients desires to take someone on for the long term, I have been asked to only put forward people who have stable working history, so, unfortunately, I can’t consider people who have moved businesses every year.

Other than that, I am open to talking to anyone who feels this may be right for them.
