Contracts Managers (RC frame’s & Groundworks)

RC Frame & Groundwork Subcontractors

Salary / Rate on Offer: £110,000 to £130,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.

About the Opportunities:

I have been asked to find Contracts Managers for a well-respected Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractor based in and around London

Contracts Management duties (i.e., supporting and managing project managers and site teams, while managing client expectations, overseeing budget and programme requirements for each of your sites and helping at preconstruction phases with methodology for future schemes – basically problem solving and keeping things on track) on reinforced concrete (RC) frame and associated groundwork packages for a mixture of residential and commercial clients.

will report to either the company’s construction director or managing director and you will be responsible for anywhere from 3 to 6 live packages at any one time (depending on your level of experience and the values of the packages). Package values could range from £3m up to £50m each and all are in and around North London.

About the Requirements:

The requirements for this opportunity ideally from a degree qualified background in civil engineering or construction management. Those from a trades background can be considered if a strong amount of experience can be shown working for rival subcontractors as a Contracts Manager already.

About the Benefits & Rewards:

For the right professional our client is looking to offer a market-leading package including a strong starting salary or rate with added benefits.

Whether you are PAYE OR Self Employed, you can expect a starting salary ranging from £110,000 to £130,000 depending on your experience, plus a car allowance, full benefits and a targeted results-related bonus.

How to Apply:

I am more than happy to discuss this opportunity with people over the phone or face to face in a fully confidential manner (you can get to know me while I get to know you). And I know this is an incestuous sector and I fully understand the importance of keeping things discrete.

Alternatively, it would be ideal to see a copy of your CV to understand your previous experience and employment. In line with GDPR, nothing will be done with your CV / details until we have discussed the role in detail anyway, but having gained an understanding of your formal past, this may help when we come to talk and discuss the option.
