About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who will be reporting directly into the business owners. You will be working for a close-knit team of highly experienced professionals that take pride in their work.

You will be managing refurbishment contracts across the finest high end private residences in London ranging in value £1m to £10m.

Our client is looking for an individual who is capable of overseeing the management of site staff, health and safety, client and stakeholder relationships, planning with site staff, and over all smooth coordination and cohesion of site and office staff, subcontractors, materials and planning.

The Company

Our client is a privately own well run construction company who specialise in the new build and refurbishment of prime residential properties. Their projects are typically in Northern London suburbs such as Mill Hill, Highgate, Hampstead, Bishops Avenue, St Johns Wood, with works also spreading into the Home Counties. They have a strong network of private clients and associates architectural practices and consultancies. The business also offers a maintenance and aftercare to their clients.

About the benefits and reward:

The base package is circa £70,000 – £85,000 and the company main ambition is to bring a professional who will become a key member of the leadership team.

Requirements:

The Suitable candidate will have experience in contracts management of high-end Build & Refurbishment contracts. The client requires for following criteria:

  • Solid career history essential (no job hoppers)
  • Outstanding Prime residential career history
  • Degree / NVQ Qualified or CIOB affiliation
