About the opportunity:

This Construction Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their client in Brighton and take overall responsibility for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. In this company the role of Project Manager encompasses the management of multiple projects, taking the Client’s scope of works, putting it out to tender, tender analysis and award, project managing works including hospital refurbishments and rebuild of specific sites.

The Construction Contracts for the majority of these works will be based on NEC3 and therefore familiarity of these forms of contract is preferred. The ideal professional for this opportunity will work closely with the client team, reporting to the client based in Brighton and be supported from the Consultancy office in the City of London, for a two year duration.

 

About the requirements:

The ideal professional for this Project Management opportunity will have 4+ years’ experience working as a Construction Project Manager or Project Lead. You will be pro-active, driven and capable of working within a team environment. You will be able to lead multiple projects and report directly to the Client, having worked recently within the Healthcare sector. For this opportunity, an understanding of JCT forms of contract is required.

You will ideally be familiar with production of programmes, RAMS and Risk Registers, operating at a senior level within the Healthcare sector.
