About the Opportunity:

Our client is on the search for a Planner for projects within RC Frame & Groundworks. Our clients head office is based in Enfield, you would be required to attend the office at least 3 times per week / working from home options are available. You will be part of the Pre Construction team for a wide range of projects within the Infrastructure, Construction and RC Frame & Groundworks.

About the Employer:

Our client is a market leader in the Groundwork, RC Frame, Rail, and Civil Engineering sectors. They’re long term established starting out as a small family ran business within the Groundwork industry, they have enjoyed consistent success enabling them to become a well-known brand turning over more than £100m.

About the Requirements:

As the Project Planner, you should have experience with civil projects valued between £5m – £30m. Advantageously you will have experience with Bridges, Infrastructure, and Rail

Previous experiences should include:

Experience using P6 Primavera
Exposure to NEC Contracts
Previous experience in working with Construction or Infrastructure

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist in the preparation of schedule data for contracts.
Work with the Contracts Managers to determine schedule rates for work activities and milestones to support project schedule.
Establish work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects.
Attend programme & progress meetings with Client.
