About the opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to work on London based residential developments in a business where growth and progression are at the forefront of their plans. You will have the opportunity to initially work on schemes ranging from 21 units through to 47 units with a mix of houses and apartments across RC frame and traditional build projects. Working alongside a Project and Design lead you will form the management team on site and be responsible for driving construction, day-to-day site operations, logistics, health & safety and working closely to ensure the project is running as smoothly as possible.

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £60,000 plus a benefits package.
