About the role:

The projects you will work on will predominantly build new build traditional build housing projects with some apartment/flat developments. You will be responsible for the running of the materials and sub-contract purchasing function and ensure financial control of all materials and sub-contracts purchased for building operations. This must be within full compliance of the Best Practice procedures and the Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £50,000 basic salary plus a benefits package.

 

About the requirements:

You will ideally have experience working for a residential developer or main contractor working on new build residential developments. For the role you will need to have had experience and be comfortable with managing your own projects and be able to manage your own workload. You will also need to have shown longevity in your career as this is a permanent position.
