About the Role:

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator / PA for the company Director to be based in their offices located near Richmond. They are looking for someone with a strong admin background specifically with experience in the construction industry and can multi task from a PA role to general admin duties and finance. Duties will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Liaising with different clients and subcontractors
  • Booking and arranging meetings for senior management
  • Diary Management
  • Typing and sending out reports for management
  • Taking and typing up minutes from meetings
  • Collaborating and working with the Finance team
  • General Ad-Hoc admin duties

About the benefits and reward:

The base package is circa £25,000-£35,000


Our client is looking for an Administrator / PA with some financial skills.  A background with a Construction Contractor is required. They need someone that can come in and ‘hit the ground running.’ They need a very organised, conscientious and hardworking individual. You will be required to be intermediate to advance in all Microsoft Packages.

The undertake contracts in Chelsea, St Johns Wood, Kensington and Mayfair amongst other affluent postcodes.  They provide a broad range of bespoke individual and specialist building services, from in house design through to construction, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance.

Most of their work comes from repeat business and client referrals.  The company employs its own workforce and projects range from small works up to the value of £7m, all of which use the finest materials.

Salary/ Benefits

  • Salary will be in the region of £25,000 – £35,000.
