About the Role:

Our client is require a well-established, fit out specialist Lead QS / Commercial Manager to join a large project in Kings Cross. The total value of the project is circa £50m, but is split into several phases with each between £5m – £10m. Each phase consists of extensive CAT A fit out to a high spec. The successful candidate will take over from the current Commercial Manager, managing team of 4 up and coming QSs, and will hold full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project. The accurate management of the team is essential to this role, so strong people management skills along with having an eye for finding profit within fit out projects will be a winning combination

Requirements:

My client is seeking a high calibre employee with the suitable professional qualifications, a strong and stable background within good quality fit out contractors, who will add value to the organisation. They will have been in a senior commercial position for a minimum 5 years and have a background in negotiated, design and build, £5m+ interior fit out projects. They must have good people management skills to be capable of managing a team of 4 QSs, with excellent eye for finding profit.
