 About the opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with stability and a healthy project pipeline. You will be working as a hands-on commercial lead, initially managing £15m worth of developments along the Kent Coast and managing and developing a small commercial team. You will report into the Directors and hold a key position within this growing developer.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £85,000 basic salary.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity, you will need to have experience in working as a Commercial Manager with a Residential Developer, delivering schemes inclusive of new build family homes, multi-unit developments and change of use developments. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage teams and work closely with other senior management.
