About the opportunity:

Most professionals within the Design and Technical teams come from either an Architectural or Engineering background and this position offers a chance to gain expertise in design and project management.

The Design and Technician teams are involved in all aspects of housing design and innovations including responsibility for researching the best materials, at the best cost. There are a variety of house types with this developer, all of which come with unique challenges to solve.

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical information for new and current developments; assisting the Technical team with all Engineering related work; liaising with local authorities and water authorities in relation to S38, S278, S104, and S106 agreements; designing roads, drainage and external works and assisting with feasibility studies where required.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £50,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

We are looking for professionals from either a Consultancy or a Housebuilding background with either a Residential Developer or Main Contractor. Ideally you will have CAD and Micro-drainage experience and volume housebuilding experience would be a bonus.
