A small but well established multi disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.

Having ridden through the last 12 months, this dynamic and progressive construction consultancy are well placed to capitalise on the upturn and are actively seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This company work in a number of sectors which include traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in the Hotels and Residential.

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who place a high value on their staff and offer flexible working solutions to ensure a work/life balance.

About the role:

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:

  • Budget control
  • Agreement of target costs
  • Risk analysis
  • Carrying our monthly valuations
  • Monthly reporting
  • Option proposals
  • Auditing and final accounts.

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.

You will be based in London although this company actively encourage working from home when not attending site or meetings.

About the requirements:

  • The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor
  • A RICS accredited degree would be preferable
  • Chartered and preferably through RICS.
  • Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good technical knowledge and experience within consultancy Quantity Surveying 

About the salary:
