About the Role:

My client is seeking a time served Business Development Manager with a full contact book and energy to burn to join their team with immediate effect. This individual will be tasked with bringing in new clients and projects within this companies specialisms, which focus around high spec commercial and residential fit out projects anywhere from 1,000 – 20,000 sqft. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established, up and coming main contractor who will deliver on their promises and close any business brought to hem with an extremely high level of quality and very competitive pricing. This role would suit somebody with the desire to achieve results by hard work and who wishes to participate in the future of a progressive organisation. The working environment is very friendly and enjoyable to be a part of which is reflected in the remarkably low staff turnover.

About the benefits / rewards:

You will be well rewarded for your hard work with a remuneration package that will correspond to the individuals experience and skills.  The guideline basic salary is £45,000 – £60,000, however they offer a good package consisting of the following.

About the requirements:

Experience of working within a fit out firm for a solid period is essential. Suitable candidates will already have business development experience with a well-established fit out & refurbishment enterprise. The suitable individual will have a pipeline of work, a full contact book and be able to work independently. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress their career further. They will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player.  A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
