Due to on-going expansion of the company, our client is recruiting permanently for a Business Development Manager with demolition experience to join the business and help drive continued company growth throughout the Midlands and nationally.

About the opportunity:

Due to on-going expansion of the company, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager with demolition / general enabling works experience to join the business and help drive continued company growth. As part of the continued development, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track-record in identifying and obtaining opportunities across the UK within this industry.

The successful professional will work alongside the Director’s and must be able to carry out the following responsibilities with a comfortable level of autonomy:

  • Supporting the Business to identify new sales opportunities in existing and new markets within the midlands and nationally.
  • Developing and updating business development plans for the prescribed geographical area.
  • Building market knowledge and intelligence on potential new clients and projects.
  • Identify tender opportunities and work with technical teams to develop a response.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to develop new ideas for the improvement of business development, marketing and communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the Directors to develop marketing campaigns.
  • Building long-term relationships with current and new clients.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered including car allowance or company vehicle,  company bonus, private healthcare, and other benefits associated with a large successful contractor.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must hold proven success of carrying out this position whilst working for a demolition contractor in the UK and due to location, preferably you will be based in / around the West Midlands and must hold a full clean driving license.
