The Role

Do you enjoy and have a flair for writing? Have you considered a career in Bid Writing? We are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer to write tenders on public & private projects within the new build and refurbishment sectors. You will be working at our clients head office in Queens Park. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Working as part of the pre-construction team
  • The writing and production of high-quality bid documents
  • Maintaining the bid library and updating of information
  • Undertaking and completing PQQ submissions and technical / compliance information to accompany tender bids and responses

Training will be provided by one of the companies share holding directors. As the position progresses you will be taught to Plan bids, Identifying opportunities via online portals and tender notices, and market the business.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a market competitive package ranging from £25,000 – £35,000, in addition you will receive a competitive package in alignment with you experience and capability.


Our client is seeking a professional with superb writing skills and an eye for presentation and design to fulfil this position. The candidate will have strong English language and literature skills, and will have achieved strong grades in English from GCSE level through to higher education qualifications.  You will be working within a team and will have the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. A positive attitude and team-player approach is crucial for this role.
