About the opportunity:

Due to ongoing company growth, our client is seeking a Bid Manager on a permanent basis who will be responsible for developing and managing the process of compiling and producing bids and related phases in order to achieve Demolition contracts with expected values up to £25M.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be confident at designing and pricing demolition tenders, drawing on previous experience of delivering demolition projects throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties. Additionally, as this is a permanent position, you must be able to demonstrate stability in your career, holding each previous appointment for a minimum of 3 years, be focused and articulate.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary ranging anywhere from £75,000 – £90,000 depending on experience. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.
