About the opportunity:

I am currently recruiting for a meticulously organised Bid Administrator for a highly respected contractor. This new requirement has come to light due to a huge number of incoming tender enquires which is stretching the current pre-construction / bid team. This Bid Administrator opportunity offers a doorway into a professional and progressive pre-construction / bid team.

This opportunity is one that will fit only the most organised of characters. You will slot into the existing team, reporting into the Bid Manager and your mission is to coordinate, organise and manage all areas of the bids as they come and go. If you’re not coordinating client facing tender submissions and responding to PQQs, you’ll be supporting in a business development function with specific research projects while reviewing previous tenders for feedback in order to refine answers to improve quality submissions.

This team is well established and experienced, but small in essence. Each professional mucks in and offers their support in every detail and the successful professional for this opportunity must come armed with the same can-do, team mentality.

About the benefits / rewards:

For this opportunity, the salary has been left negotiable as the specifics will depend on the previous experience and suitability however you can expect to target a basic salary ranging for £26,000 – £32,000 per annum. In addition to this, a generous benefits package will be included along with fantastic career progression opportunities.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record of working in an administrator role, within the construction industry for a minimum of 1 year. You should hold excellent time management skills, be a confident communicator and be IT literate in Microsoft and Adobe packages.
